How long does production take?
Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Please note: We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible and begin working on them right away. Because of this, we're not able to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to items or shipping addresses.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 7-12 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a 3 year color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.

The diamonds are NOT lab diamonds as advertised and stated in the description. They are CZ’s. I had mine tested and they are not what they say.

I have reached out to your company three times by email and no one ever got back to me… The necklace does not lay right and all I see is metal and no stones

First of all, I did not expect my order to be delivered so soon.
Regarding the necklace and the bracelet, I have to say I was very skeptical at the time of making my order. And I don't know if these are really lab-grown diamonds. I will go and have them tested at a reputable jeweler in my town.
But for now, what I can say is that both the necklace and the bracelet are ABSOLUTELY stunning!!!!
If you are not sure if this would be a good buy, I would definitely say in capital letters: YES!!!

Truly lovely! I have to say I am shocked…was not expecting much given the price, but exceeded my expectations by a lot! I do not see a hallmark of any kind on it 925, plated? Where would that be located? Regardless…well worth the money!

Today my Jetsetter tennis necklace arrived. It is more beautiful in person than in the photos. So I put the necklace on. It wasn’t laying flat. I took it off and tried again. Same thing. I decided I was sending it back because I could not see the stones when I looked in the mirror. My husband said “Let me try.” Again I took it off and he put it on me, clasped it and guess what? It’s perfect! If you think it’s not laying flat, take it off and put it on again. There is nothing wrong with the necklace … you might have had it turned wrong! I don’t plan on taking this off… I will shower, swim, and wear it in the ocean. I ordered 18” with 3mm stones and it’s absolutely perfect! And so is my tennis bracelet! It may take a while to arrive, but be patient - it’s worth it!

OMG !! so I've been trying to find the perfect tennis necklace online that doesn't cost $10,000 and I haven't had much luck tbh after this buy I think I may be over trying to find a real one this feels expensive this looks expensive it's heavy and I can't wait to see how long this will hold up.. I never thought I'd spend less than $100 and find such a great quality like this!

Absolutely beautiful and the clasp is equivalent to the clasp on my diamond bracelet. Other competing companies use a cheap looking clasp. The sparkle of the lab diamonds are "eye catching"! Great job Vivaly!

I do not think the jewelry looks as it does in your photos and videos. It is of unsatisfactory quality, moves stiffly when worn and appears brassy and the clasp on my bracelet won’t lock closed. I followed instructions to return the pieces I bought and my outreach was ignored twice. This jewelry is of a very poor quality and your customer service is unsatisfactory to say the least. Thank you for reaching out to solicitor my review. I have no choice but to get my credit card company involved in our transaction due to Vivaly’s inattention to my requests for satisfaction.
