Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.

Please note: We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible and begin working on them right away. Because of this, we're not able to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to items or shipping addresses.

Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 7-12 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.

We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a 3 year color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.

We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.

I ordered the Prestige Bracelet in size 6.5 and was sent a size 7. I have sent several emails requesting assistance however i have not received a response.

I am only giving 5 stars, so get to read them.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
This looks nothing like the picture fake gold looking, and somehowbthis one looks so cheap, I could have gotten this for 3 dollars, okay with inflation, 5 dollars.
I am very surprised by how many days it took me to get this, and now I can't wait to ship it back.
