How long does production take?
Orders begin processing immediately.
Orders without a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item ship within 3 business days. Orders with a Personalized or Fine/Demi-Fine item take up to 7 business days to ship.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Please note: We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible and begin working on them right away. Because of this, we're not able to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to items or shipping addresses.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 7-12 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. For Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry, the 7 business day production time still applies before items can be shipped with expedited service. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order becomes available.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a 3 year color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer returns on eligible items for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date, and items must be clean, unworn, and free from signs of wear or damage.

You must have magnified them quite a bit for advertising purposes. I know they are huggies, but the stones are so tiny, you can not differentiate them. Was quite disappointed.
Also, neither the earrings or the tennis bracelet came with any kind of paper work , stating that these were lab grown diamonds vs something else, or that they are sterling silver coated in the rhodium, as advertised.

This us false advertisement, your product is supposed to be a lab created diamond at affordable price and supposedly passed the diamond tester. Well this is a really fake jewelry. It us not a lab diamond. I need you to refund my money back and I will send you vack the earring. You mislead a customer believing this us a lab created diamond. It us not. I waited for a long time for my order and today, I am a dissatisfied customer. No type of certificate or paperwork inside of the package to show what I was getting. This is looking lije a scam. Refund my money back to my card.

I received my earrings and it looks amazing. However, the stones are not lab-grown diamonds as advertised. While the bracelet is beautiful, I was disappointed that it did not match the product description. Because of this, I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Earrings are very small but very nice. I think since they are so small I will give them to my granddaughter. I did not receive the hidden gems bracelet in my order! Please send it asap! Thank you!
