Once production is complete, orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 7-12 business days. Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight, are also available. We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a 3 year color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.

Item is not as described. It is not silver, and not lab diamonds either. Fraudulent advertising! Emailed to instigate return, and email address is not valid. The company need to contact me to organise a return and full refund.

Lovely bracelet, only it doesn't have any markings on it to say that it is 925 sterling silver and 14k gold plated,, so that did make me wonder, however it is lovely and I'm eating it.

Absolutely beautiful and fit me well. However, there is no 925 stamp. So how long it lasts it to be determined. I ordered both sterling silver and gold plated over what is supposed to be sterling silver but neither bracelet are stamped. I also got a double stacked ring in the gold plating over what is supposed to be sterling silver but neither of the rings are 925 stamped. I haven’t had the stones tested but I doubted they are lab created diamonds before I even bought the product. However, they are very sparkly and pretty. The clasps hold well in both of my bracelets.

I bought 3 jet set bracelets. They are my obsession. I’m a hairdresser and work in water and chemicals and products all day . These pieces have been comfortable and the finish is very durable. The stones are matched perfectly and sparkle amazingly for the price . I just ordered a matching necklace. Can’t wait to see it . I will definitely order more products again .
